RV Mattress Sizes and Dimensions
RV mattress sizes do not match household sizes. An RV Queen is 60″ × 74″ rather than the 60″ × 80″ in your house — six inches shorter. SleeperKing builds eleven RV sizes from RV Standard Twin at 38″ × 74″ up to RV California King at 72″ × 84″, plus any custom dimension your platform needs.
How to measure your RV bed platform
Pull the old mattress out and measure the platform, not the mattress sitting on it. Take width at the narrowest point and length at the shortest. Note any radius corners, angled walls, or a nightstand cutting into the foot of the bed, and check headroom — slide-out and loft beds limit how thick a mattress will clear. Caught between two sizes? Order the smaller one; an oversized mattress bows at the corners and wears out early. RV builders change bed platforms between model years, so measure even if you know your floorplan.
