Rich Petry

SleeperKing was born from the firsthand experience of its founder, Rich Petry. In 2008, after thirteen years navigating the open road as a truck driver, Rich recognized a critical need: better sleep for those living life on the go. His own journey with trucking began in childhood, riding alongside his grandfather.

Later, while working regionally for Omaha Bedding Company, Rich saw how often quality was compromised in truck and RV mattresses. This realization sparked an idea. He designed his first custom mattress for his own truck sleeper, a pivotal moment that laid the foundation for SleeperKing.

As Rich says "So many drivers out there on the road are sleeping on a low-quality mattress and not get the rest they deserve.

Noel Harris

Chief Financial Officer

Noel Harris serves as Chief Financial Officer and heads Fleet Contract sales for SleeperKing Mattress, working directly alongside CEO Rich Petry on top-level strategy and key business decisions. A University of Colorado Boulder graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Noel built her foundation in public accounting and internal audit before expanding into a career spanning construction, hospitality management, and sales. Her rare combination of financial expertise and frontline sales experience makes her uniquely positioned to structure and close large-scale fleet contracts — understanding both the numbers behind the deal and the relationships that drive it. Sharp, versatile, and deeply invested in SleeperKing's growth, Noel is a cornerstone of the company's leadership team.

Jim Tate

Chief Technology Officer

Jim Tate serves as Chief Technology Officer for SleeperKing Mattress, leading the company's digital infrastructure, AI systems, and technology strategy. With over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, AI engineering, and systems architecture, Jim brings enterprise-level intelligence to SleeperKing's growth platform. As the principal of ProInternet.TV, he specializes in large-scale AI-powered systems integrating machine learning, automation, search intelligence, and media distribution. At SleeperKing, Jim architects the technology stack that drives lead generation, fleet sales automation, and the digital systems powering the brand's national expansion across both the trucking and RV markets.

Antonio Belton

East Coast Representative / Sales

A U.S. Army Desert Storm veteran and helicopter crew member (1990-1994), Antonio brings a rare combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial grit, and 40+ years of trucking and owner-operator experience to the SleeperKing team. Antonio knows the demands of the road because he's lived them. He came to SleeperKing the same way thousands of drivers do — as a customer — and believed so deeply in the product that he joined the mission. Today, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, he is the boots-on-the-ground voice for truckers, fleet operators, and RV owners up and down the East Coast. When Antonio talks to a driver about sleep quality on the road, it's not a sales pitch. It's a conversation between people who've been there.
