Semi Truck Mattresses for Sleeper Cabs
Size Reference
Semi Truck Mattress Sizes by Make and Model
Semi truck mattress sizes are 36x80, 39x80 and 42x80 — 36″ x 80″, 39″ x 80″ and 42″ x 80″. Every sleeper cab mattress is 80 inches long; the make and sleeper type determine the width. Most modern wide-cab sleepers take a 42x80 semi truck mattress, while Freightliner sleepers typically take 39x80.
How to measure your sleeper cab
Remove the old mattress and measure the inside of the bunk pan head to foot and side to side. Subtract one inch from both figures so the new mattress drops into the frame without bulging at the edges. Cab trim packages and non-standard sleeper configurations vary by roughly ±1″, so measure before ordering rather than relying on the model alone.
