How to Measure Your International Sleeper
- Remove the old mattress and measure the bare bunk pan, not the mattress currently sitting on it — compressed foam and worn springs will throw off your numbers.
- Measure width and length at the narrowest points. Subtract about one inch from each so the new mattress drops in without bulging at the edges.
- Check headroom in a 48″ or 72″ ProStar sleeper, where overhead storage leaves less room above a thicker mattress.
- Note the trim package. Two LTs from the same model year can differ by close to an inch depending on how the sleeper was optioned.

A 42x80 semi truck mattress — 42 inches wide by 80 inches long — fits the International LT Series 76" sleeper. That's the widest of the three standard semi truck mattress sizes.
